- 1 oz Trader Vic's Silver Rum
- 1 oz Trader Vic’s Dark Rum
- 1 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s Rock Candy Syrup
- 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Orgeat Syrup
- 3⁄4 oz Orange Curacao
Make it a SF Mai Tai!
Add the lime juice, Rock Candy Syrup, Orgeat Syrup, crushed ice, and Orange Curacao to a shaker.
Float 1⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s 151 Proof Rum. Float 1⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s Dark Rum.
Shake and pour into a Mai Tai Glass. Garnish with a half lime shell and fresh mint.

- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
Blend with crushed ice and pour into a Coconut Mug. Garnish with pineapple, cherry and fresh mint.

- 1 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Kona Coffee Liqueur
- 1 1⁄2 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 3 oz Heavy Cream
Shake and strain into Tiki Stem Cocktail Glass.

- Cream
Mix liquors, add coffee and top with cream.

Mix with crushed ice and pour into a rocks glass

- 1 oz. Trader Vic's Coconut Rum
- 1 oz. Irish cream
- Coffee
Mix liquors and add coffee. Top with whipped cream.

- 1 oz. crème de cacao
- Milk
Shake with ice until foamy.
