Rums

Mai Tai
  • 1 oz Trader Vic's Silver Rum
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s Rock Candy Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Orgeat Syrup
  • 3⁄4 oz Orange Curacao

Make it a SF Mai Tai!

Add the lime juice, Rock Candy Syrup, Orgeat Syrup, crushed ice, and Orange Curacao to a shaker.

Float 1⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s 151 Proof Rum. Float 1⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s Dark Rum.

Shake and pour into a Mai Tai Glass. Garnish with a half lime shell and fresh mint.

Bahia
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Silver Rum
  • 3⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s Koko Syrup
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice

Blend with crushed ice and pour into a Coconut Mug. Garnish with pineapple, cherry and fresh mint.

Angry Bastard
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Coconut Rum
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Koko Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Grenadine
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Mix with crushed ice and pour into a Suffering Bastard Mug. Garnish with pineapple, cherry, strawberries, and fresh mint.

Sea Dreams
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Silver Rum
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Gold Rum
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Koko Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 fresh strawberry

Loosely blend with crushed ice and pour into a Pink Seahorse Mug. Garnish with a strawberry and fresh mint.

Samoan Fog Cutter
  • 2 oz Trader Vic’s Silver Rum
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Orgeat Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • Sherry Wine Float

Loosely blend with crushed ice and pour into Fog Cutter Mug. Garnish with stir paddle and fresh mint.

Singapore Symphony
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Gold Rum
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Grenadine
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1⁄2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 1⁄2 oz Pineapple Juice

Loosely blend with crushed ice and pour into a Pineapple Mug.

Golden Puka
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Silver Rum
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s 151 Proof Rum
  • 1⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s Grog Mix
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice

Loosely blend with crushed ice and pour into a Golden Palm Mug.

Navy Grog
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Silver Rum
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Gold Rum
  • 1 oz Trader Vic’s Dark Rum
  • 1⁄4 oz Trader Vic’s Rock Candy Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Grog Mix
  • 1⁄2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3⁄4 oz Grapefruit Juice

Shake with crushed ice and pour into a Mai Tai Glass. Garnish with half lime shell, fresh mint, and a rock candy stick to sweeten it up!

Tears of the Tiki
  • 1 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Spiced Rum
  • 1⁄2 oz Orange Curacao
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Shake with cubed ice and strain into Tiki Stem Cocktail Glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

Liqueur Cocktails

Tiki – Misu
  • 1 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Kona Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 1⁄2 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • 3 oz Heavy Cream

Shake and strain into Tiki Stem Cocktail Glass.

Keoke Coffee
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Kona Coffee Liqueur
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1⁄2 oz Brandy
  • Hot Coffee
  • Cream

Mix liquors, add coffee and top with cream.

Tahitian Mudslide
  • 1⁄2 Trader Vic’s Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Kona Coffee Liqueur
  • 1⁄2 oz Trader Vic’s Gold Rum
  • 1⁄2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz Cream

Mix with crushed ice and pour into a rocks glass

Creamy Crispy Crunch
  • 1 oz. Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut
  • 1 oz. Trader Vic's Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz. Irish cream
  • Coffee

Mix liquors and add coffee. Top with whipped cream.

Café Joy
  • 1 oz. Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut
  • 1 oz. crème de cacao
  • Milk

Shake with ice until foamy.

White Chocolate Martini
  • 3 parts Trader Vic's White Chocolate
  • 1 part cream or Half & Half

Shake and strain into Tiki Stem Cocktail Glass. Serve over ice.
